Do we need to be accountable to Christian leaders?

It is vital as the foundation of any person’s life or ministry the Lord would give you a home church and pastor to which you and your ministry are accountable. I Thessalonians 5:12 speaks of "...knowing those who labor among us...", which would be submitting your life and ministry to those the Lord has placed in spiritual authority over us (pastor, elders, etc.). They are responsible before God to lead and guide you.

"Brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which He consecrated for us..." Hebrews 10:19-20
